February is Heart Health Month, and we’re kicking off a fun, supportive Weight Watchers challenge to help our church family improve our health, learn heart-healthy habits, and eat smarter—all while shedding a few pounds! You're invited to Yoga at the F on Saturday, February 22nd, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Join us for a yoga session followed by journaling and an open discussion. The annual Pancreatic Cancer walk is on Saturday, April 26th, 2025, at Fair Park in Dallas TX. Doors open at 7:00 am, Walk Begins at 8:30 am. Please see Sis. Tonyah Dennis to register.
